Once a month, Charles-Etienne organizes a tasting workshop. If you’re curious to learn more about meat, it is indeed a great experience for every meat lover. It is also a great present to give to friends, family or even professional partners. For three hours and a half, Charly and his team invite you to the unique world of exceptional meats. With a maximum of ten people, we welcome you to the heart of our butcher’s shop and its secrets.
Awake your senses
This exclusive evening mixes both the history of butchery and the discovery of Charly’s daily life (carving, preparation…), followed by a tasting of his homemade cold meats and exceptional meats: Simmental Beefs, Wagyu, Blonde d’Aquitaine, Limousin, Black Angus, Rouge Pie de l’Est, veal (suckled calf), as well as high-quality pork’s like Pata Negra and Duric Olive, to quote only the best-known examples. Each tasting is served with selected wines to offer you a complete taste experience.
